Leon was very professional. We contacted Leon after having our property on the market for ninety days. Leon visited and reviewed our property. He had new pictures of our home done. Evaluated how our property stacked with the competitive properties in our area. Pointed out some minor improvements that we could make and then suggested a marketing and pricing strategy that he felt would get our home sold. Leon implemented a local marketing scheme that really worked. The first weekend that Leon had the listing he held Open Houses. That Monday morning we had an offer for the asking price. Leon worked well with the buyers agent and escrow went flawlessly. During the process Leon was there to answer any questions and assisting in getting all of our paperwork done.
